What should you do if you have a claim?
If you, your business or an employee is involved in property damage or personal injury, please follow the below steps:
Auto Accident
- Stop at once. Seek Medical Attention for anyone who is hurt.
- Call the police. Do NOT admit fault.
- Discuss the specifics of the accident only with the police and YOUR insurance agency.
- Exchange information with the other people in the accident; obtain names, addresses, insurance policy number, insurance company and PHONE NUMBERS.
- If witnesses stop, obtain their names and phone numbers.
- Contact us as soon as you can.
Property Damage to Your Home
- Secure the premises to prevent further damage; you may need to call a general contractor to assist you.
